The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ...

"Poolside is beautiful, plenty of loungers and umbrellas so that you can make the most of sun or shade. The whole area is kept spotlessly clean by the pool man who is very helpful. The bar staff are very attentive."

"The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool. The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing. Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus. The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet. "
