「Trefor the manager was great. Very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was bright and clean. The facilities were great. The bed was comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nice and I enjoyed the live music and quiz night.」

「A wonderful stay with all amenities catered for. A word of complaint, bath/shower facility should have non slip bath mat as climbing out of the bath over the rim it was easy to lose your footing of your remaining leg as you lurch forward. 😢 One suggestion, hand dryers in the WC facilities should ideally be with the latest technology high speed, pressure type. Maybe Dyson type or design. 😅
Otherwise a perfect stay with great food and services. Liked the complimentary quality tea and coffee...
「This was our second visit. We were initially given a room in a bad location on the second floor. We had to walk a lot and go through hot corridors. When we refused the room, we were then given a nice one on the ground floor. It was in good condition, and we really appreciated it.」
「We’ve stayed here numerous times, it’s our go to place to stay in Bournemouth. Value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and with free parking. It’s a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main shopping centre/beach/gardens.
We finally got to use the pool on this visit! Was lovely to check out but still use the pool before we actually left. Thank you! 」

Overall I had no issues with azure hotel. The location was great , the roo. Was very clean and included a fridge.
Parking was £12 for the night. Check in was over the road at a sister hotel.

「The staff were very friendly and overall hotel seemed to be in good condition, however the shower had literally NO pressure.. I'm talking it kinda of dripped a little mist.. that's about it. I couldn't even wash my hair. Also we were only given one towel for a double room and had to ask for more toilet paper as we were only given half a role. For the price I feel we got what we paid for, but now know to spend a bit more in the future」
