"We really enjoyed our stay at Arlo Midtown overall. The location is fantastic and made getting around New York very easy. The complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus and a great way to start each day. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens were excellent, and we slept really well. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated being given a complimentary late checkout on our final day—it made our departure day much easier. There were a couple of disappointments. We requested an early check-in and were told they would let us know when the room was ready, but we never heard back. It felt like we may have been forgotten, and we ultimately checked in at the regular 3 PM time. The other issue was housekeeping. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the day, and when we asked about it, we were told it was scheduled to be cleaned after 4 PM. By that point, we were back in the room getting ready for the evening, so it was simply too late. This was especially disappointing because I had left a tip for housekeeping. Despite those issues, the great location, comfortable room, breakfast, friendly staff and complimentary late checkout made this a very good stay overall."

"Great location, clean rooms. Single queen room is a tad small, but when you're traveling you don't need much room! Comfortable bed and helpful, kind staff. I would come back and stay here any time!"

"The location was great. The free breakfast voucher was nice, but if you just wanted coffee before eating breakfast, you were out of luck. We didn't have a coffee maker in our room, so were forced to get breakfast with our morning coffee, or waited until we were ready to leave. Coffee is a basic necessity as we're getting ready to get out and about, before breakfast. Barhroom we're tiny and not easy to maneuver around, even for two not so big, people."

"Great location! Near central park. Well mantained property. They give water bottles. Theres a few restaurant nearby. Near the bus stop and metro station. You can also leave the luggage after check out. Will be back!"
