「The apartment is a sparkling clean studio in central Hoboken, near the main thoroughfare, Washington St, and close to the water. The location was perfect to experience both ends of Hoboken as well as to get into the City easily. Everything worked in the Apt, and AJ was great in answering any questions. Being an older building, just be aware there are not many free outlets, but we had a splitter and had no issues. Great place to stay for a couple or solo traveler.」

「Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. 」

「DO NOT RENT this unit unless you like a moldy shower curtain (so easy to clean/replace) to the all-night brightest main bedroom that had the thinnest curtains, the loudest street noise, and the weakest fan with no AC. Very hard to sleep. The only other fan in the entire unit was equally weak, and all the drapes were so dirty. You didn’t even want to touch them.
