「The condo is right on the most happening street in Hoboken. Plenty of shops and restaurants just within a block. The room was clean and comfy. 5-10 min walk to Hoboken terminal where one can get Path or ferry to NYC. 5 min walk to Hoboken riverfront to catch. the amazing NY skyline.」

「For paying 350 a day in average including fees is not worthy for this property at all. Two things are the worst among all weaknesses of an old property: the host is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. When you have needs he doesn’t want to help, he simply kicks you out without thinking clients position. The second point is there is only hot water in the morning and evening according to him. The description of property allows three people to sleep, it is true only when only one person showers...

「The host has clearly made an effort to make sure all the little things you can think of are available. Lots of hangers, pillows, blankets, luggage racks, coffee, creamer, etc. The apartment was great and in a cool spot. The hosts were very responsive.」

And the windows were high quality, so there was zero sound from Washington Street. And Caren was so responsive and kind to deal with. Would recommend this heartily.」

「This was a great stay for my family when in town to visit NYC. We had a few small hiccups, but the host was great at fixing any issues and kept in communication with us quickly. Central air, close enough to the train to get into the city, plenty of space in the unit as well as super close to restaurants and stores. We absolutely loved the area and will be back in the future. Only down fall is I wish there were TVs in the bedrooms.」
