"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. "This unit is on a lovely street and about a ten mite walk to the PATH train, mostly what I stayed for. Host was very helpful and good at communicating I recommend!"

"We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."

"This home was perfect for a short trip to explore the City. The townhouse was lovely, with everything newly remodelled and very comfortable beds. Hoboken shops and restaurants were just a block away, and the subway or ferry to New York City was a short walk, so it was an easy place to stay without a car. "The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. "We really enjoyed our stay here and ease with which we were able to get to and from the city! The home was clean, contained all listed amenities and more. The host was extremely generous with starting supplies such as coffee so there was no immediate rush run out once we arrived. Helpful tip, if ordering Uber , it’s quickest to order from the Starbucks as that is where they will go anyway. The street was quiet, the area safe, and so easy to get to the city!"

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert."

"Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options."

"Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. The stairs only access to the property was not ideal but really not a great problem, seeing how New York involves a lot of walking anyway. In the area, id really recommend a trip to the massive American Dream Mall which has a built in theme park and...

"I never got to stay in the place because the owner (or his agent) double booked it and didn’t realize that until the day of my parents’ arrival for whom I had selected the property. I ended up having to look for a new place within hours on a busy holiday weekend for which I had planned, booked and paid (!!!) this place 5 months in advance. Very unprofessional and disappointing"
