"Room was clean daily. During the snow storm the staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. We did have to extend our stay and there were rooms available and was able to do our laundry for free and they provided the laundry soap. Wash and dryer were alao clean."

"Experience was excellent this weekend. Courteous staff at check-in, answered questions regarding sites to visit near the hotel. Hotel is located in a very central location, walking distance to key landmarks: 15 min from Brooklyn Bridge, 6 min Wall Street Bull, 6 min walk to restaurants on Stone Street, a couple of minutes from Trinity Church and Ground Zero. Best is that Rector St Subway station is right in front of the hotel. We will stay here during out next trip to NYC over the summer. "

"Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us! Talk about going above and beyond! I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness from hotel staff. That kind gesture alone will make me return. Thank you for a great experience all around. The location is perfect as well. Plenty to do in the area and all of the food options were excellent. Del Frisco’s Grille is right across the street where we had dinner our first night. "
