「Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. 」

「I found the price for a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit very very reasonabl. Elizabeth, NJ was just a short train ride to NYC and I saved a lot of money by staying there. The unit was in a relatively new building complex. The surrounding community was working class but that was never a concern in the 5 days I was there. There was a little confusion because there are 3 entities involved...EvonifyLLC, Verbo and Expedia. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city.」

「Clean and neat apartment close to many restaurants and shops. Chris was kind and responded to my questions through messages. Towels were provided, all the supplies needed in the house were provided by Chris. We loved the stay and will definitely come back. 「We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! 」
