「It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.」

「The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.」

「First off the place was clean, bug-free. That's a plus. ITS A THIRD FLOOR, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. if steps are not your thing this is not for you ,you have 2 flights of steps to go up. It is a nice neighborhood. Quiet for being in the city. Parking is terrible you have to wait until later in the day to park near the home, because of the college students. And then Monday- Saturday you have to pay the electronic meter. If your away from the area it will not accept your electronic payment. You...

「Loved the place, very quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Some minor issues was the water temperature in both of the showers. It was very hard to turn down the hot water, that happened on our last two days. If the master bedroom could have a small dresser or plastic drawers it would be amazing, the closet has plenty of space for it. Lastly, parking is challenging for guests. Other than those issues our stay was great!」

「ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, We arrived at 4 AM tired, the place was a mess, unclean, and likely mold looking discolouration on the wood flooring. Bed sheets, stained. Pillows were yellow. Fixtures were damaged. Ceiling had warp likely to some flooding. We obviously didn’t want to stay here for the 2 nights we booked so we left immediately. Mind you we were a party of 6, and the description reassured perfect stay for 6. We contacted host countless times for dispute, he have absolutely no crap about...
