「Lovely house, everything clean and the location is very convenient. The host was very helpful understanding our last minute changes due to the weather (big snow storm). 6 stars if possible!」

「The property was clean and getting ahold of the owners was easy, but you have to use Whatsapp. We had a couple of issues come up and they responded quickly and most was resolved quickly. Downside was the amount of stairs to get to the apartment. Beds were pretty comfortable, but are starting to slant in the middle. Remote for tv we could not find so I had to download a remote for the tv on my phone to make it work. Overall though it was a good stay.」

「Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. 」

「Our host was very accommodating to all of our needs. The location was great for day trips to the city via bus. It's just a couple minute walk to the stop. The views of Manhatten are stunning! I will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to New York. 」

「The host was great. Very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable! The house was very clean. Smelled great soon as you open the door. Plenty of towels, and extra blankets. TVs were equipped with all the popular apps ready to use. We plan on coming back in the summer and will definitely check for availability here. Thank you for all your hospitality. My husband and kids enjoyed the stay! 」
