Great Stay. Comfortable place. Fantastic location. Little issue with the code not working when we arrived. However, the host was very responsive and immediately got it resolved. All in all really great stay. Would definitely return.

The property was clean and in a very convenient location. Parking is street parking which can be challenging, but there are paid lots close by that did the trick. The door code to the building initially did not work but customer service was able to help me very swiftly and it was smooth sailing after entry. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shops along the strip to enjoy. Laundry in-unit was a nice bonus and they provided detergent!

I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number. I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms. It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment options.

We absolutely loved this truly wonderful place and look forward to coming back. The unit was bright and beautiful, amazingly spacious, and just as pictured. It was a complete home away from home, two-bed two-bath, full kitchen, even a washer-dryer. The beds were very comfy and bathrooms clean and well-supplied. It was very conveniently located in a vibrant, clean area with eateries and shops all around, and a brief walk to a quick train for downtown Philly, Center City. Our host reached out in advance with very helpful preparation information. There is one thing...there are train tracks nearby, and while I actually find the sound of trains running to be soothing, those who are very sensitive to noise may not. For me, it was a small price to pay for a fantastic place. Also, it would be great to have televisions in the bedrooms in addition to the living room. Otherwise, it was simply splendid!

The place was great, safe, secure, close to everything in Fishtown. Some people may disagree but we actually loved the SEPTA train that would run behind building outside of bedroom window every so often. It was a little loud but somehow comforting! It helped us sleep very soundly.

Overall, this was a great rental. Most of my issues were upfront, but the staff was very helpful getting things resolved. The unit was very clean. There was some noise from outside, but this was to be expected. The beds were comfortable. My suggestions would be to have a few more pots/pans in the kitchen and a small TV for the master bedroom.
