"First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful. Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!) Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me. Would definitely return."

"Our room was nice enough, but you could hear everything in the hallway and in the next room. The grass outside was VERY high and my dog picked up a few ticks. The ice machine on our floor was broken and we had to go upstairs. Overall, not worth the $500."

"Fire alarm went off twice at around 11:30 PM no clear direction if we needed to evacuate. Dogs are allowed and were barking throughout the night. Close to the elevator there are big heavy does that are immensely loud. There are burners in the room for guest to cook but smells travelled from other rooms. We didn't cook. "
