「The host was super friendly and very quick to respond with proactive communication from rental to check out. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and Kean University was an easy walking distance and was a great place to walk the dog each day. Overall great experience and top VRBO house I have stayed in for location and value. Would happily stay again next time I am in town. Also, great restaurants nearby and would recommend Suspenders for bar food, Johnny...

「First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer...

「Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again.」
