Vacation Rentals in New Jersey

"I felt like the front desk staff was not very friendly however everyone else on the property seem to be very friendly. We booked a coral suite, which was big and nice and had two bathrooms however it was like an old-time sink with no sides to put makeup or anything on I had to put the makeup on the toilet seat because there was not enough room around the sink to put anything. I think it'd be nice if they actually put a vanity even just for brushing teeth"

"We were in our room getting ready for event. Someone walked in who was also assigned our same room. We called down to front desk and the girl responded not by apologetic, she told me she’s busy down there at Theo time. I asked for an apology and nothing. After asking for a mgr . We were asked to come down. The mgr spoke with us and did apologize. The room is small. Our room was right next to the elevator we heard the noise from that all night. Though the bathroom rent you heard others talking. The lap sade was falling apart . The heat would not switch to ac "

"We stayed on the Laguana side and the room we had was disgusting. I have never stayed in such a nasty room before. They said the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available due to some sort of event. The rug was dirty and sticky, under the table where you could sit and eat in the room was never vacuumed and had dried white stuff on it, the table tops had food crumbs still on them, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped and the chairs in the room had food crumbs along the crevices of the chairs and seat. This was the worst and will never go back again. We are planning our weekend getaway at another property next month"

"The hotel and casino were average. Pricing was fair based on experience. There was a small arcade on property for the kids, but it was pricey and no ticket redemption..mostly claw machines. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Most staff were friendly and helpful. "

"no comforter on the bed no hair dryer. the bathroom had only two towels for Friday Saturday. and Sunday no housekeeping I'll never book showboat again"
