「When I arrived at the property, they wouldn’t honor the reservation or Expedia price so at 1 am after a long day of travel, I had to spend 30 minutes trying to get it resolved on my own as the staff wasn’t of much help at the property. Room was old and everything was worn. 2 out of the 3 bath towels were dirty and disgusting. 「Very comfortable stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large group there during our stay so we were concerned about noise since you could hear doors opening and closing all evening. But there is a 10pm noise policy so there were no issues. Convenient location to many attractions. 」
