「House was large and allowed 13 adult siblings and spouses spaces to gather without being on top of one another. Host made some seasonal accommodations that we really appreciated. She was responsive but not intrusive. Only hassle was having to provide our own linen. Some of us came from as far as Hawaii, Cali and So Africa so arranging to have linen there was a hassle. Otherwise, the house was a perfect choice for the cost.」

「We were in Avalon for a wedding and this house was the perfect home base for the weekend. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean! 「Perfect house for two large families. Close walking distance to town and to the beach. House was well stocked but could have been a little more organized. Downstairs had another living room which was great if you had family that needed to work. We utilized the small table and set up a computer monitor there. Nice back yard where we set up games.
