「This place is great! Breakfast was always delicious and the owners are extremely involved and very helpful. I got a ton of amazing recommendations from Chris of activities to do around the area, almost all walking distance!」

「This hotel was dated and the staff was not friendly. We stayed on a wash out of a weekend. One would think the staff would be extra helpful and hospitable given the fact that it was empty and we still came. There are no security features. Anyone can get on any elevator and go right into the guests halls. The hotel charges for everything. ..water, extra people in the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not stay here again.」

「This is a unique property, being g a historic hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the lobby very attractive and the bar and restaurant very good. But be prepared for some quirky things. There are no phones in the rooms, nor common amenities like coffee machine, mini fridge or microwaves. The elevator is amazing, the oldest in the eastern U.S. and one of only 2 like it, the other is in Paris. It will only fit about 4 people, 3 if you have luggage, as there has to be an employee...

「Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. 」
