"The ladies at the front desk were both really nice and understanding however the male had an attitude because I wanted him to find out what was all the noise above me during the day after a long drive I just wanted to sleep. He told me he didn’t know however the lady stated there were repairs going on and they’re on a deadline, she asked him to go upstairs because few people called. The noise did stop however I was so upset with him because I shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from him when I have a problem. He just didn’t want to deal with anything or had to just move to check ( he told me he was going to call security however I didn’t see not 1 security while I was there; he just wanted to dismissed me and that wasn’t going to work. If it wasn’t for his coworker asking him to go up I may have left because the noise was just too much"

"carefully chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport for an early morning flight, but it turned out to be a very poor decision. The hotel is under construction and the parking situation is extremely confusing. I followed the instructions for hotel guests in the garage and parked where directed, but no one told me that the parking ticket needed to be validated at the front desk. The next morning when I exited the garage, I was suddenly charged approximately $56 just to leave. When I called the hotel, I was told I should have exchanged the ticket for a validated one, but no one informed me of this at check-in or during the three phone calls I made before arrival about my late check-in. Because of the construction, I spent about 20 minutes trying to locate the front entrance to resolve the issue but eventually had to leave because I was about to miss my flight. I ended up paying the fee just to get out of the garage. The situation caused me to nearly miss my flight. I had to ask people in the airport security line to let me go ahead, and when I reached my gate boarding had already ended and I was one of the last passengers allowed onto the plane. The room also had dead insects under the bathroom sink, and the staff were rude and dismissive during my interactions. I will now have to request reimbursement from the hotel for the approximately $56 parking charge, which could have easily been avoided if guests were properly informed about the parking validation process."

"I was very unpleased by this stay. The receptionist was so rude and cold which made it feel so unwelcoming. She charged me $5 to park my vehicle which I’ve never even heard of considering their lot was next to a closed down restaurant and was empty. Our room was so dirty- mold on the bathroom walls and floors. The shower definitely wasn’t clean. My friend’s room had someone else’s vibrator on the floor when they entered. The staff thought giving Gatorade and snacks was sufficient to clear up that incident which it most certainly was not considering children were there and exposed. Very upsetting for how much I spent."

"Not happy with this location, room said non smoking but it absolutely had a lingering smell of smoke, shower didn’t work properly, and whenever the room adjacent used the shower a loud noise came into the room (including at midnight and early in the morning ) "

"Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms."
