「Der einzige Nachteil war die Größe des Zimmers und des Bettes, aber hey, es ist New York! Insgesamt ist es eine fantastische Unterkunft mit superfreundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt!」

「The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions. The room was nicely stocked with everything you'd need. Stayed 4 days and loved every bit of it. A huge plus was that everything was walking minutes nearby- target, coffee,...

「Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation.」

「I was in New York for four days and this place was perfect. First, it's centrally located, so easy walk to Times Square, plus there's a subway station a short walk away. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly to my questions. Place was very clean, with modern appliances and comfortable beds. Would totally recommend!」

「The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again」
