"This is a lovely place right in the centre of Manhattan, walking distance from the Times Square. The property is spacious and particularly clean and well maintained. I visited there with my parents and they absolutely loved the place too. The owner was very approachable and prompt to reply to all my queries. "We enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable and close to a lot of things including Broadway shows. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it could use some updates. The couch is in rough shape and have multiple stains, the outlets were loose and the plugs kept falling out. Communication with the host was excellent, we had a concern when we got there and they were able to send someone over right away. "

"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

"a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for...
