「Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser....

「Terrible! We specifically rented this place because it had two bathrooms and could sleep 6. When we arrived, we were directed to a different condo with 1 bathroom, small bedrooms, and not even close to what we rented initially. When I called they said there was a maintenance issue so they gave us a different place. We were never told this. I said if we were to stay, we would like some money refunded as this was not what we paid for. We were told they couldn’t do that. Ended up getting a refund...
