Our disappointment was to find out that the description for this particular unit was not accurate, non existent items were: no hot tub, just plain shower floor, no separate dining area, no dining room table only sofa and coffee table, no computer monitor, no desk and chair, no kitchen isle, no...

"NOT a nice hide away. There is a reason there is not a picture of the outside of this house. This is a run down house with 3 different VRBOs in the same house. (In the ghetto)You will get a whole other set of rules and quidelines after you bookParking is only available on a first come first serve, on the street. I was told in the suprise messages that there was a parking garage!"

"This was a great stay for my family when in town to visit NYC. We had a few small hiccups, but the host was great at fixing any issues and kept in communication with us quickly. Central air, close enough to the train to get into the city, plenty of space in the unit as well as super close to restaurants and stores. We absolutely loved the area and will be back in the future. Only down fall is I wish there were TVs in the bedrooms."
