「The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

「I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property. 1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We ...

「Do not book this apartment. We were not provided with check in information and were left scrambling (in the rain) trying to find another place to stay in New York, one day before the Football World Cup final, when accommodation was extremely scarce and very expensive. 「The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a...

「The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. 「Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.」

「I made a booking for 2 with Expedia to stay in NYC. The booking’s name was “5 beds modern apt near Times Square”. After I made the booking I paid fully for it and asked in the chat if the apartment was private or shared. The host, Christina responded and assured me it was private, followed by a message from her asking for the name of the guests who are staying to be able let the building know. Before I took my flight I let the host know my estimated arrival time and had no response from her....

"客室は比較的きれいだった。 角部屋を指定できれば広さは十分だった。 （同行者の客室はかなり狭かったのとこ） 一日を通じてエレベーターがつねに満員。 客室稼働に対して足りていないように感じた。 この点だけストレスであったが他はバー含めて良かった。"
