「Loved the aesthetics, the attention and elegance in every detail. Wonderful team, always present and helpful with a smile. Sophisticated rooms & bathrooms with quality brands essentials. We enjoyed every restaurant and mostly the beautiful terrace and view. The only disadvantage was the larking at 120$ per 24h with 120$ everytime we need the take the car when it’s unlimited access in other luxurious hotels we’ve been. We were lucky though to find free parking right there for 3 days. 」
「Great neighborhood. Solid hotel with a cool bar that typically has seating available. Small but functional gym. Quick room service. Staff is not obtrusive but also not overly helpful. We have stayed here many times and will continue to…the best review a hotel can receive.」
"During my stay, the window lock was broken, and in the middle of the night a strong gust of wind blew the window open. It was extremely cold, and the next day I developed a high fever. Falling ill completely ruined my stay. I request that you carry out thorough safety checks and equipment inspections. In hindsight, it was a mistake not to complain to the staff in person at check-out—I only left a written note.
宿泊中に窓の鍵が壊れており、夜中に強風で窓が開いてしまいました。
非常に寒く、翌日には高熱が出てしまいました。
体調を崩してしまったことで滞在が台無しになりました。
安全面と設備の点検を徹底してほしいです。
なお、チェックアウトの時点では熱が出ていなかったため、その場でスタッフに苦情を伝えることはせずにメモ書きだけ残しておいたのは失敗でした。"
