「Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. A short walk to the train/ferry terminal(10-15min.) always felt safe, even when returning very late at night. The neighborhood was full of families with young children, play park around the corner. There is NO Parking included with this unit. We used a parking garage, no issues with safety of vehicles, 5 minutes away. We would stay here with...

「great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. 」

「This apartment really is exactly as described in the pictures. It’s exceptionally clean and it smells fresh inside. Check in is super easy and the host is most gracious and quickly responds. They hosts are generous in what is provided and don’t demand a long list of do’s and don’ts which makes the stay that much more enjoyable. Did I mention how exceptionally clean it is? It’s most inviting. It is super close to the PATH train and the apartment is in a quieter part of the neighborhood but...

「The location is amazing everything is literally a stones throw away, for being a garden level apartment the ceilings are high. All the appliances are up to date. Everything you need for your stay with room to spare. The host was very attentive to any requests you had, also Will is very easy going , very polite , and very respectful.」

「Parking was fine, notice about street cleaning would have been helpful. Heating/cooling was good. Place was clean, and as pictured in listing - easy 15 minute walk to PATH station. Food nearby was helpful and plentiful. App for door lock was troublesome but host responded quickly to message regarding the issue. 」
