Stayed here in August for my girlfriend’s birthday. I forgot to leave a review but I just wanted to make sure I acknowledged the great service of the team there. I requested a room with a nice view (as I’m sure everyone does) and what I was given did not disappoint. The hotel was well kept and close to everything. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

I loved that it is right in the Chelsea flower market. So lovely. In kitchen in room was a dream. Everything was clean and the complimentary breakfast was better than the reviews suggest. For sure coming back there.

Perfectly fine for a short stay in NYC if you plan to just sleep there. Breakfast was absolutely manic. The shower was only lukewarm and the rooms very noisy. The hotel can organise transport to aiport but the driver was very pushy, asking for his tip before letting me on the bus. He then dropped me at the wrong terminal.
