Our room was clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful! The lead concierge was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. We loved the location and had a view of the pool and the river. The pool was perfection. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious and so much variety. The convenience of the hotel ferry to the hop on hop off boat at the pier was also beneficial and we used it often. Nighttime on the river was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, evening entertainment duo was enjoyable, fun and memorable. Hotel needs a refresh, breakfast buffet was excellent.
