Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)」

「Nous avons passé 6 nuits, en famille dans cet appartement. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Il est situé juste à côté de la gare pour aller à Manhattan. Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis.」

「The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. There were 4 bedrooms but the one on the main floor was absent a door. Overall, the rooms and beds were fresh and comfy. The bathroom had the usual and expected toiletries. The kitchen has a lot...

「House Rules: Respect our towels and sheets? Need to be clear. Does this mean they are for the owner since this is a rental in their house; because I didn’t get to use any. I don’t know both were used by the same person or what. Leave a towel and wash cloth in the room instead. Thank you.」

「We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!」

「ホテルやサービスアパートの様なホスピタリティーサービスは全く無いです。サービスは完璧にレンタルアパートとして部屋を提供しているというフロントの対応でした。現地支払いでは、クレジットカードをチェックインで提出を求められる。カード機はないのでカードナンバーを手打ちでPCにフロントマンが記録し、クレジットカードから金額が引き落とされる。現地ではレシートや支払い証明書はない。カード使用控えなども無い。支払いの仕方の説明などはフロントから全くない、身勝手にカードを使われてるような違和感を感じ不安であった。カード支払いに説明を求めたがフロントの対応は（”マリオットホテルではないので諦めろ。）と言った。部屋は広く２ベットルームもバスもキッチンも情報どうり。キッチン道具もキチンと揃っている。国連の並びで窓から１AVが見える。昼間はクラクションの音が目立つがニューヨークマンハッタンなら普通レベル。」
