「部屋は清潔に維持していました。あまり気になるところはありませんでした。全面禁煙となっていましたが、割り当てられた部屋が出入り口に近く、外に喫煙所があるため、たばこのにおいが外から流入して気になりました。 デポジットの説明がきちんとなされ、チェックアウト後にちゃんと返金されていました。」

「夜中に隣の宿泊者が大人数で外で騒いでいて寝付くのに苦労。古いせいか、部屋、サニタリーの清潔感も乏しかった」

「急遽こちらのモーテルを取り、宿泊しました。 それにしても酷い、ランドリーは壊れっぱなし、氷の機械は置いてない、当然冷蔵庫も無い。 階段にはゲロがあり、滞在中残ったままでした。 他の部屋の方が朝まで大騒ぎ、部屋は虫の死骸だらけ、 低予算でしたので、ある程度は覚悟しましたが、 かなりひどいモーテルでした。」

「wifeが設備に入っているのにwifiは電波が弱すぎて使えない、先月1月の宿泊時も同じ状況、フロントの黒人おばさんにRESETのお願いをしたが、断られる、災厄な対応だった。まる1日、仕事にならない、wife付で契約、支払しているのにexpediaは契約違反だ。もう2度と使用しない。最低。」

「I lived in Austin for 19 years before moving to Dallas and have always wanted to stay there. I’m glad we did, it was pricey but it was a great trip taking friends back to Austin because the location is perfect in the heart of everything. And of course, the pool is iconic.」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....
