「Nice small farmhouse. Very interesting history with a fun photo book. Conveniently close to downtown, yet still can see the dark sky at nite for great star gazing. Short walk to a fishing hole at the Pedernales River. The host left farm fresh eggs and homemade pancake syrup for some great breakfasts!」

「Host was welcoming and very thoughtful, outside fireplace was set and ready to be lit, everything was easy to find, switches labels, house was neat as a pin! Very relaxing place!」

「Becky was an amazing host! The boxcar was clean, and she even provided some unexpected snacks and drinks. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. Even though we were on her property it felt very private. The distance to both Palo Duro and Canyon wasn’t far. We will definitely be back! 」

「Everything was spot on! Easy to find, very peaceful location, the only issue we had was the kitchen sink faucet had about 10% water pressure and the dishwasher was broken. It took extra time to do the dishes by hand (which we don’t mind, we have a camper and are used to it) but that would not stop us from going back. Our 3 year old granddaughter LOVED “the farm” and the spiral staircase, although she about gave me a heart attack a few times going up and down We did save money on eating breakfast...
