「The location is perfect. It is secluded, quiet and very convenient to Fredericksburg and Enchanted rock. The home is well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. The furnishings are comfortable, lots of outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking. The internet worked great. The host was very responsive to all our questions both before and during our stay. While we would call the property family friendly, we would not recommend for toddlers. We had 5 kids in our group, ages 5 and under. ...

Spacious house, large areas for gathering and eating, pool/foosball table, well stocked kitchen and plenty of outside area. We particularly liked the outside area with the Dinner table, hot tub and bean toss game all in an area enclosed with bug screens.We really enjoyed our stay, your place is clean and wonderful…if we are back your way we’ll be sure to book again.」

「It’s a very nice peaceful area, right near all the wineries. There is 3 different rentals on the property, but extremely close together. Almost too close, luckily we didn’t have much company, it really would have changed our experience. Would have loved ceiling fans, but that’s not a deal breaker. We had a fabulous time in the house and all over Fredricksburg.」

「Most things were readily available and there is a Superstore nearby for anything you might have forgotten. The setting is a peaceful getaway from city life. It was very nice to get our teenagers away from their WiFi/gaming addiction which actually got them to interact with the family!!」

「We drove up for a 50th anniversary and were so happy to find a rental so close to the venue since we had two vehicles that would be pulling trailers (band equipment and event decor). The large driveway was more than adequate for all of our vehicles AND trailers. Our stay at Country Peace was so pleasant. 「We visited Fredericksburg during a winter storm and we spent more time in the cabin than expected. It was so cozy and had everything we needed! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and we enjoyed time in the hot tub! There was snow and ice outside so we were extra thankful for the covered parking! Would absolutely stay here again!」

「Absolutely beautiful and spacious place to enjoy with family with everything one could ask for including games and pool! I would suggest to bring some pillows if bringing a large group but otherwise there was everything provided for... plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cups, towels, etc. There are only 2 bathrooms so be prepared to share! We thoroughly enjoyed the suave and was close to McKinney and Dallas.」
