When we contacted our host they said the cleaner had failed to show up to clean and didnt inform them. Which I understand things happen sometimes, however we had to spend all afternoon cleaning. I understand it was not the hosts fault, but maybe it was their responsibility. "

"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. "We had a wonderful stay at this property when we visited Houston! The host, Natalie, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of great. She was very communicative and shared a number of restaurant recommendations with us, which we love when visiting a new city. The unit was clean and super chic (my girlfriend was obsessed with the decor), was in a great location in downtown close to the convention center, and was far more than enough room for two people.
