"Our host was very responsive every time we communicated with him. The apartment is exactly as described, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We were so happy that we plan to come back next time we visit Houston. "Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation. They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout. Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs. Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! "
