「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「Carlos’s property was clean and well-maintained on the inside, but the apartment complex itself was quite unpleasant and lacked cleanliness. The location was great for me, being conveniently situated near various amenities. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to check in early after requesting options, and Carlos informed me that I could pay an additional fee to check in close to the scheduled check in time.
