This was by far my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in for kids. Water park is awesome, amenities are so convenient, beds are clean and soft. Only complaint is the thin walls, could hear our neighbors very loud class until 1am. Would absolutely stay here again.
We only stayed for one night but the resort was amazing! The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and quick to bring extra pillows and sheets. The pool area was really really fun. My kids absolutely enjoyed themselves, especially on the huge slides. This was definitely a great idea to come here and we will come back again I'm sure!
Great Wolf Lodge Webster was an amazing place. From the check in staff to housekeeping to water park staff, everyone was very helpful and ready to meet your needs. I plan to return with additional family members. I had a great stay!

I got my money worth because both of my kids enjoyed their experience.
Staff is great - they waived extra guest fee upon asking nicely - all the activities are pretty much inside and well appointed.
The kiosk Checkin was a bit chaotic as after some tries we anyway had to stand in line. Otherwise the property and park is very well managed
We enjoyed our Christmas vacation. The employees were wonderful and service was excellent. We appreciate everyone who worked so hard to make our stay wonderful.
Rooms were well maintained. My recommendation in the design is to consider lower vanities so allow kids to brush teeth and wash hands on their own. It’s a kids establishment so rooms should design with that in mind.
Dublin doughnuts on property was a good option for breakfast, half the price of in house restaurant. Why is coffee and hot chocolate so expensive though!
I liked this smaller resort as o felt safe with my kids. The magi quest was a hit so was the ropes. If your kids would enjoy these get the family pass for 6 persons to use adventure park unlimited.
The room was adequate, the food was good for a kids venue, but they need to be a little more “Johnny on the spot” with respect to consistent safety rules, and cleanliness with respect to the attractions.
Location is beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Now as far as parking I feel like close parking spots should be for the people that are actually renting rooms. Day pass families should park somewhere else. Also day pass people should have a time limit on their passes. If the water park is open from 10am-8pm they should be allowed to stay for half the time so the actual guest can enjoy their amenities. My family wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because it was literally full from open to close. Water park was a cluster complete chaos.
Breakfast was ok. Buffet style. But not much to choose from. 3 adults and 1 child over 12 $100 for one meal. Everything is way too over priced. Would I go back with what I know now??? No I wouldn’t
