"Horrible. Paid $370 for one night. The app failed to tell me that the building was under construction and amenities were not open due to construction. Could not relax due to loud noises from the workers working. Also paid for parking and there was no safe parking available. I bleed to issue a complaint and they told me they would get back to me and haven’t heard back. "

"This Hotel overbooked and moved my reservation to another lesser hotel without my approval. They sent an email a couple hours before check in but I was on the road so was totally unaware. I was in a hurry to get to a work event so I didn't have any time to dispute or research another hotel option. They did comp the cost for the other hotel which was a nice gesture but overbooking and telling someone upon arrival that you are not staying at the booked hotel is unacceptable. From the looks and condition of the lobby the place looked very nice which make it even more disappointing."

"Great stay. Very convenient stylish especially for the price. It's like having your own little apartment in the city. Full kitchen with Fridge. Nice Nespresso machine. Really quiet! Close to Transit and Downtown businesses + offices. Zero shopping nearby, but that's just Downtown Houston."

"Staff was very nice. My issue was with the insanely long wait times for the elevators and also, my partner and i were laying in bed at 9am when stuff busted in on us. Checkout isnt until 11am. Then we tried to relax more since i had a stressful long flight in the night before and we were awoken by the front desk calling our room. I missed the call but called them back asking why they had called our room. They said they didnt mean to. So two interruptions when we were just trying to relax after a very stressful day before. Unfortunately was not able to. Getting busted in on without a knock at all is enough for me not to come back especially since we paid $350 for this room for one night. Also the staff was yelling while cleaning the other rooms next to us at 10am right before they came into our room without notice or knocking. You can hear clear through the walls."

"I usually book a hotel based on other reviews. There’s nothing bad to say about this hotel. The hotel staff is so attentive and really nice. The hotel was clean and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in room and free delicious breakfast. I loved this hotel and definitely would recommend. "
