"I have been visiting Houston every year for the past 8 consecutive years for an annual convention, using the Embassy Suites due to its great location. Unfortunately, I have seen a continuous deterioration of the building and rooms! The Premium floor room I was staying in as a constant bad smell coming from the (un-used) bathroom, I assume from the vents, the furniture is very old and uncomfortable - the bed headboard was a disaster. It looks very old and outdated. Embassy Suites lost an annual customer...."

"The front desk was exceptionally helpful. I left a check in my room today. I called the front desk to see f someone had turned it in. The front desk gentleman was nice enough to go to my room to see if I had left it in the room. Then I received a message, letting me know that it was found. What a relief! The staff went over and beyond to solve what could’ve been a major issue. Thank you!!! Please commend them for their initiative. 🙏"
