The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, so many options available. The parking garage made parking convenient and secure. The hotel is perfectly located, many restaurants to choose from and is in close proximity to NRG. Front desk staff were unfriendly and acted agitated and annoyed. With the exception of the front desk staff everything was wonderful.
