The cleanliness was hard to answer because the unit was perfect - no complaints at all. However, the hallway was disgusting. It was a very convenient location and we'd definitely stay there again!!」

「Property was as described. Great communication from host! Had one issue with fob and was remedied quickly. The apartment was well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, safe garage parking that’s gated. TV in living room and bedroom and both worked without issue. Great AC, too. Never made it to the pool because of weather, but looked nice. Ms. Pac-Man video game in the living room and we loved playing it!! Such a great addition!! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!」

「The property was great for our visit to MD Anderson. It could use a kitchen towel and hand towels in the bathroom. Another coffee cup would have been helpful too. The building had problems with the fire alarms going off randomly-the first time in the middle of the night. Other than those small suggestions, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.」

「Great location in relation to the zoo, museum and dining. Check-in was a nightmare. We stayed at this location following a cruise to visit the zoo, museum and NASA. While on the cruise I received information on setting up an account with Door/Latch and separate communication from VRBO on check-in details via email and didn't realize it. So upon arrival we didn't know how to enter the property, where to park, how to enter the unit ... Just a mess. If we book through Expedia, communications should...
