「Great apt. Perfect location for getting around downtown medical center area. Covered parking was nice. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Cute furnishings. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.」

「I’m a pretty lenient reviewer. I found a few hairs in/around the bed. This made me a little uneasy because then I wondered what else wasn’t all the way cleaned. Every guest expects clean sheets and to not find hairs all in/around the bed they’re supposed to sleep in. This would’ve gotten 5/5 but the bed hairs warrant a 4/5. Overall, it was a very convenient location and easy to access.」

「Great location in relation to the zoo, museum and dining. Check-in was a nightmare. We stayed at this location following a cruise to visit the zoo, museum and NASA. While on the cruise I received information on setting up an account with Door/Latch and separate communication from VRBO on check-in details via email and didn't realize it. So upon arrival we didn't know how to enter the property, where to park, how to enter the unit ... Just a mess. If we book through Expedia, communications should...
