「For some of us who are technologically challenged, the check in process was stressful. Once we got it, we were fine and appreciated the security of the place. The cleanliness was hard to answer because the unit was perfect - no complaints at all. However, the hallway was disgusting. It was a very convenient location and we'd definitely stay there again!!」

「Property was as described. Great communication from host! Had one issue with fob and was remedied quickly. The apartment was well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, safe garage parking that’s gated. TV in living room and bedroom and both worked without issue. Great AC, too. Never made it to the pool because of weather, but looked nice. Ms. Pac-Man video game in the living room and we loved playing it!! Such a great addition!! We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!」

「The property was great for our visit to MD Anderson. It could use a kitchen towel and hand towels in the bathroom. Another coffee cup would have been helpful too. The building had problems with the fire alarms going off randomly-the first time in the middle of the night. Other than those small suggestions, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.」

「The location was perfect for our family get away providing comforts from home. Family of four apartment was right size bedding would have loved a second bed but there was at least a sofa bed for a kiddo. Minutes away from Houston Zoo, Houston Natural History Museum and best the NRG stadium at walking distant. Area was quiet and safe with large bathroom for a toddlers favorite kind of bath. "The stay was fine overall, but there were several maintenance and operational issues in the room. First, the doors were difficult to open and close. In particular, the main door didn't lock immediately when leaving the room, so I had to be extra careful. The bathroom door also got stuck and wouldn't open easily once closed. Second, once inside the room, the Wi-Fi connection became very weak and hard to connect to. Lastly, the toilet paper holder was quite inconvenient—a brand new roll was pushed too far back into the holder, making it really difficult to pull out the amount I needed. I hope the hotel addresses these maintenance and connectivity issues for future guests."
