「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「The stay was great... about a 15 min walk to NRG (not bad). The only complaint is that one bedroom did not have any curtains, the blinds didn't cut the sun light. Other than that worth the stay.」

「This rental was a perfect location for a family wanting to visit all of the museums and zoo. My kids attended camp at the Houston Zoo for the week. I worked from the apartment during the day and then we explored the area in the afternoon. The apartment was very spacious and had what we needed for the week. The pool was great with an outdoor grilling area.」

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean with very thoughtful amenities, like bottled water, a few games, and an extra toothbrush available if needed. The complex was very quiet and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone with my two young kids. It was easy to get in and out of the complex and the location was perfect for my needs, close to the stadium. 」
