「Stayed here for a month while working at the medical center and it was great! The place was clean and in a convenient location, close to lots of restaurants, bars, and things to do. Towels were provided and replaced. Of note, I paid for the gated parking because the parking outside the gate is first come first serve, which I’m glad I did. Would recommend for long term stays. The host was very fast to respond and checked in every once and a while, which I appreciated.」

「This was a great place to stay, location-wise. I was less than 2 mile away from central downtown Houston. The property had gated, sheltered parking. The property was clean and functionable. The only improvements I would suggest would be a better coffee maker and towels and washcloths that are in better condition. This property was worth the value.」

「Our host Ernest was great. He was sure to give precise instructions on how to locate the property and was very responsive which I personally loved. The property gave a cozy beach vibe and was quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness was great and we would definitely book again.」

「This property was clean and worked well for us. Beds are comfortable and there were enough towels. Shampoo, conditioner soap and a few coffee pods were provided. Will stay there again.」

「In town for a conference at the GRB Convention center. A nice 13 minute walk to the event. Also, a short walk to multiple restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the Toyota Center. The unit had a nice rooftop area to visit. Very comfortable stay. For the price it was a 10.」

「Perfect cozy and quiet spot for a short trip! Not too long of a walk for breakfast/lunch in the morning and also a pretty short ride to bars nearby. I felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood even when walking alone late at night. The host was very responsive and the space was clean. Would absolutely stay here again」

「This was a fun experience! Honestly, once you get inside, you don’t notice that the space is small. It’s perfect for two people who need a place to crash in the evening. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions or requests. One tip, don’t turn off the air conditioner. If you get too cold, just turn it down a bit. We stayed in the storage container in July and it turned into an oven within minutes. I had completely forgotten that I was in a metal box.Ha!」
