「Entire apartment is very clean and all appliances have been well maintained and are in good working condition. Monica is also a GREAT host. The property is beautiful. 」

The property is older and obviously has wear and tear on the outside, but the inside of the apartment was beautiful and clean. 「Perfect cozy and quiet spot for a short trip! Not too long of a walk for breakfast/lunch in the morning and also a pretty short ride to bars nearby. I felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood even when walking alone late at night. The host was very responsive and the space was clean. Would absolutely stay here again」

「Excellent. Everything I needed for a weeklong work trip when I was not going out to any restaurants and needed to be able to cook all my own food. The bed is not the comfiest but it was fine. WiFi connection was excellent. It was clean as well. The host is extremely responsive. 」

「This was my second time to this house as it is one of my favorites in visiting the University of Houston. The location and layout of the house is perfect for spending time with my college student. We love the big couch and catching up on all our favorite shows. We used the kitchen to have a home cooked meal together. The wifi is very fast as I was able to work while they took their last finals. We will be returning for many more visits.」
