「I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call...

「The host communicated briefly but throughly. We didn’t have any issues with our stay. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. A perfect place to stay for a group of 3 or less. Traveling to downtown was 12 mins, this stay is conveniently located in a great area.」

「While the inside of the apartment was clean for the most part, when we went to pull the couch out into a bed, we found an open and used condom wrapper. I had kids with me. It was just completely disgusting. I also didn't feel safe where the complex was located. Especially since I had kids with me.」
