「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「I had 2 appointments at MD Anderson on a Tuesday and Thursday at the main building and Mays Clinic. 5 Minute drive. Great location for the ease of getting to the Medical Center. The apartment was perfect. We would book this location again.」

「This nice little apartment was located perfectly to downtown Houston and near the NRG center for our concert. The apartment was a nice size, clean and well stocked. Check in and out were super simple. We will be glad to use this place again.」

「I was really disappointed. The barstools looked old and dirty and 1 was broken, sofa looked dirty and had old trow pillows. There was no complimentary coffee. The place it self could use decorating it’s too plain. Not welcoming. And there is nothing on balcony could use seating. And the living room could use 2 sofas the sofa there does not accommodate 4 people to sit. And laundry room was messy and had dirty covers.」

「ハイウェイ出口から近く便利だけども、静かで快適でした。 でも駐車料金1日20ドルは高い。 現地で宿泊料の精算をしたが、帰国してクレジットカードの明細を見ると宿泊料以外に4.22ドルの不明な請求がされていた。 米国のホテルに泊まって過去こんな経験は初めてで、このことを解決する気が重く、面倒。 このホテルだけなのか、エクスぺディアで起こるのか、解決できないと今後は利用を差し控えたい。」
