「Apartment is in a well-kept complex ideally located near NRG, medical center, Rice Village. We found the apartment spacious and clean. It was very easy to hear the movements of the upstairs neighbor, so people sensitive to noise might want to consider that. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.」

「Excellent communication and ease of entry. This is a standard apartment with standard apartment problems including the upstairs neighbor whose washing machine will not last too much longer but rattles the dishes as it bangs on in the early morning. The garage is not attached so expect some walking and a couple of up and down stairs. 「Honestly this is probably my last experience with VRBO for a while. I don't like the fees, the condition of the property was not great, there were pretty major maintenance issues and it wasn't clean. I was looking for a comfortable place for my wife to recover after surgery and it just wasn't a great experience. It was very convenient to the hospital but I think we would have both been more comfortable in a hotel.」
