「Great location for anything in Spring or The Woodlands. Any issues were responded to immediately and resolved within 48 hours. 」

「House seemed to be mid renovation. Has good bones and when finished will be very nice. It was missing a few things like pillows, top sheets, and towels that I feel like should have been there. The owner did bring over more towels upon request. The master bath needed to be cleaned better and the check out instructions provided sooner since we left early in the morning. Overall it was a decent place for what we needed.」

「Several minor issues with the property that were enumerated to the property management company. Issues with the outdoor grill, insufficient cutlery, missing smoke detectors and electrical outlet covers, exterior door hinges facing the backyard creating opportunity to take off door with a screwdriver and gain access, broken mirror and unsecured cabinet door hinge」

「Yes so I had a proposal for my stay and staff handled it very well with my requests. Due to an issue with running out of premium rooms I was upgraded to a suite with the river view which I wanted since the beginning so it was incredible. Room was great with the stunning view that was promised. Overall my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I’d love to come back and enjoy it more.」
