"Air conditioning did not work. Changed rooms 3 times due to tv problems. Staff was excellent but the property seems to be degrading rapidly. used to be one of our favorites, but now question if we need to move."

"The room was comfortable and quite clean. But there was no Wifi in it, no access point to join even. It’s close to the airport but the shuttle service from the airport was so chaotic. Three shuttles with the name that I was told to look for showed up before one driver would take us - it’s a shared shuttle so some drivers only go to certain hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful."
