「値段相応」

「スタッフの対応は良かった。客室もクリーンだった。朝食も良かった。エアコンから時々音がして、気になることがあった。」

「I specifically booked the expensive suite because having a bathtub was very important to me. The reservation confirmation even clearly stated “(BATH TUB).” However, when I checked into the room, there was only a shower. I asked if I could be moved to another room with a bathtub, but I was told that no such rooms were available. When I asked why, the staff tried to avoid responsibility by suggesting that Expedia had made a mistake. Regardless of whether the error was Expedia’s or the hotel’s, I...

「Very, very nice stay for the price. My sister and I got a 2-bedroom suite for our stay, and despite a mishap (one of the showers clogged), the staff was quick to rectify the situation. The gym, outdoor pool, and $7 breakfast were all a plus. This location is 30 mins from Downtown, but I would still choose it all over again. When I asked for fresh eggs I was told there was no more while the cook was taking a new...

「広く清潔な部屋でゆっくり滞在できました。アメニティ、タオルの質も良く満足でした。 所在地が中心部より離れているのでレンタカー移動の方にオススメします。」
