"The staff was extremely rude. The front staff seemed like they were bothered by our presence. Slammed down our ID and key to the room and did not once offer to give us information about check out amenities or breakfast. Will never stay again."

"I had a really good and clean room. However, the area was different. I heard of Tomball, but never stayed in the area. The motel is adjacent to another hotel/motel that has a lot of people I think are suspect. Its just different. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. Lastly, it was peculiar that there were cows in a little pasture across the street and the service attendant was very accommodating. "

"Hotel needs a face-lift, a total deep clean, new linens and furnishings. Undesirable odor throughout and breakfast was sub-par. Hotel frontdesk staff not very friendly or engaging. Housekeepers were nice and responsive and room is spacious. Overall disappointing Comfort Suites."
