Hotel is very nice and grounds well kept. Rooms are nice, but we had to ask the front desk 3 times to have the tea and sugar etc replaced daily. Then only 1 packet would be replaced despite us being 2 to the room. First day, bed was barely made and floors were not swept or vacuumed. Also, only 1 waste bin in a room with separate bathroom and shower rooms and 2 sinks and a coffee/microwavebar. Despite that front desk staff were wonderful.

Rooms were nice but did show a little age in certain areas and the beds are definitely due for updating. Pool was great! Bar was not open any of the 3 nights during our stay even though handwritten hours were posted on the bar itself. Solid breakfast. Lack of TV choice/options like Hilton competitor properties feature.
