Shuttle didn't run every 30 mins as advertised, my daughter and I had to walk 20 mins after her game to get to the hotel and the very next morning I had to walk 20 more minutes so I wouldnt be late for her game. The shuttle aspect was one of my main reasons for booking this hotel! They were doing construction on the hotel and it had a bad odor! Will never stay here again!"

"Was called handicap room, however my husband who is in a wheelchair, couldn’t get in shower and barely to toilet. No microwave in room, but they did bring one."

Clean room, entire hotel was immaculate. The gym was fully equipped with treads, bikes and weights. I loved the bar/lounge area. Would definitely stay here again! "

My family enjoyed all the amenities and it was in the best spot in Houston to get to there we needed to go. I can’t wait to go back! The hotel was beautiful.
