"House was not clean at all, floor not swept, floor not mopped, hair in the shower, hair on bedsheets and pillow cases. In the middle of homeless camps it was not safe for families. We reserved 2 nights and barely stayed 1 of those nights. Requested refund and will stop my payment. No communication at all! Please be cautious of booking here!"
