「Nice clean we love it 」

「Bed and pillows were decently comfortable. I liked that the unit I was in was between a hallway and the stairs so there were no immediate next door neighbors to worry about. Just the ones above me. I like it was not far from the office I was going to for this work trip. I only had issues with parking one night as I left and came back later but I eventually found a spot. Really didn't use the living area much except for the kitchen which was the biggest thing I wanted so I didn't have to go find...

「ハードウエアは素晴らしいが、ソフトウエアに改善の余地があるといった感じ。使い慣れた方には問題ないのでしょうが、まずチェックイン時に指定されたコードで部屋の鍵が開けられず、電話をしても、コードで開くはずだとしか言われず、しかたないので、再度同じようにコードを入れたら、すんなり開いた。設定忘れに電話で気づいて解除したのではないかと思う。ホテルにいるスタッフはミッション外とのことで対応してくれないので、自分で電話するしかない（電話代が3000円近くかかった）。英語がある程度できても、テキサス訛りを電話で聞き取るのは簡単ではないと思う。部屋に入るのはコードなのに、エレベータなどを利用するためにキーを持ち歩かなければならないのは面倒。コードかキーかどっちかにしてほしい。また、基本設備は整っているが、部屋によって、ふきんやスポンジがなかったり、洗濯洗剤がなかったり、空調が効かなかったりと、チェックイン前の部屋の確認が行き届いていない感じです。 ロケーションは渋滞を避けていろいろなところに行けて非常によい。 せっかくよい設備なので、いろいろな人が利用できるように、もう少しだけ頑張ってください。」

「The property suited our needs for the trip. There was a minor housekeeping issue they remedied in reasonable time. There was another issue that couldn't be address due to communication not being specific on their end. The text communication was quick but not always accurate. I was notified after booking was already confirmed that there was construction on premises and please excuse some "dust" but the maintenance being done was unfortunately disruptive to each morning & two nights of major...

「Detailed instructions made self-checkin easy. Space was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location with lots of dining options.」

「Door was hard to open… handle had to be moved and held in a specific way in order for the door to unlock… sometimes it would take 7 or 8 tries to unlock it. Washer and Dryer’s in the room are junk. Washer didn’t spin half the time and the dryer made an aweful clanking noise… making it impossible to dry laundry and get some sleep. 」

「I enjoyed fhe free pool table in the bar downstairs, and the low key vibe of the bar. Pretty typical hotel bar... in the good way.」

「The Lincoln is a special property with plenty of outdoor seating. Our room was in the back of the space and felt like a private cabin. We really enjoyed having the french press for morning coffee and the projection device for streaming. It was quiet except when the train came through town (although it is several blocks away).」
