"Room was ok, floor was damp and the AC stopped working the 1st night but the hotel staff was very quick to correct the AC issue. Too many people so trying to get to breakfast in AM was horrible. Elevators were slow but considering the amount of people there thay was expected. The hotel was conveniently located next to riverwalk. "

"Everything was wonderful in this historical hotel. It's right next to the Alamo and River Center Shopping Mall and the San Antonio Riverwalk only a few blocks away. I paid $363.55 for two nights with all taxes and fees...group discount for scheduled events held there with Texas Historical Association. Parking was also discounted with group...normally $55 overnight."
