「Dormí bien a gusto」

「Stay was good. Only issue was the front desk receptionist was inside a room behind the front counter. So I stood there for a while waiting until she heard me. It wasn’t until she did that she came from out of the room to check me in. Needed help with something a few minutes after and I saw her just as she was going into the restroom so again, no one was at the front desk. Aside from that, it was a pleasant day.」

「The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious, too. The entrance to the parking lot was a little bit hard to find. Thank you for borrowing me the Costa Rican bottle opener.」

「The room was clean and had no issues. Close enough for the event we went for.」

「We stayed here for a wedding held at the hotel and venue. The room was okay, but I had to clean the bathroom myself because it looked as though the room hadn’t been occupied in a while. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping came the following morning while we were still sleeping. I asked them to return later, but our room was never cleaned during our entire stay, from Friday to Sunday. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.」

「The room was clean and the location was great to explore the town.」

「Great!」

「The hotel was very clean, the janitorial staff did a good job, everyday keeping the room clean and well stocked. There were adverse conditions that came up during our stay at the Holiday Inn. The water shut off in our room around 8pm. I reported this to the front desk in person. I was told all maintenance staff were off at this time, but someone would check the problem by 9am the next day. While my family and were out the next day, the water interruption was remedied. On Saturday...
