I loved the amenities of the room.

The hotel is a historic icon and they’ve kept the old world charm preserved beautifully. However, the lobby had an odd smell, like ammonia from the public bathroom. This is my second time staying here and the odour hasn’t changed. The rooms are spacious and well kept but was missing a few toiletries and one of the lamps wasn’t working. It wasn’t an issue though; as soon as we voiced our concern, they gave us everything we needed for the room. Valet was so incredibly kind even at 3am (took a family member to the airport). Besides the ammonia smell, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Lovely stay! I would highly recommend. The restaurant, pool, and spacious outdoor gardens were so beautiful. Our room had a small sitting deck. Next time I want try the spa amenities. Definitely will stay again.

we were very disappointed in the grab and go breakfast offerings through Moon’s daughter. We ordered a bacon and egg taco…the unseasoned eggs and greasy bacon were served on pita bread. The container it was served in was full of grease. There was some unknown food item that looked like tofu. In San Antonio, you can’t call something a breakfast taco and serve what we got. Gross
