「The room was clean however the toilet was not fully functional and neither was the bathtub/shower. Staff brought us a used wet bucket to use in the bathroom. Was totally unacceptable. While I understand, they had no open rooms to give us, I feel like at least the cleaning staff should have known that the toilet and bathtub were not properly working. I was traveling with my elderly mother and this made the experience 10 times more stressful. We were there to celebrate my new granddaughter.」

「My best friend and I stayed here with our four kids (17 and 13 and 17 and 16). We made the siblings share the king bed rooms and we moms opted for the twin room so we could have our own beds.
