"I chose this hotel for the indoor pool in the winter to lap swim even with so many bad reviews- but hotel was really good. Room clean, big, bed great, everything I needed. Free breakfast had the waffle maker and typical USA processed food. My bag was delayed. I told the night staff that they might deliver it while I was out. "If you want an "experience", this is not the place. This is a quiet place to stay, rest, has all that you might need, and it is close to the highway. I think that the cleaning personnel might need training, and the place would benefit from a deep cleaning every now and then. To be fair I paid for the cheapest room. Everything in there was working.
