We were wowed instantly when we walked in this historic hotel! The comfortable and clean rooms were so luxurious! Zero entry pool looked right out of a movie! Loved the unique bar and cafe. Exceptional service and experience all the way around!

Great Overall Stay, would come back!

Meet all my needs, room was spacious for the two of us. Plenty of things walking distant to do. Restroom was awesome as well, the hallways felt a little creepy at night, but do you expect this hotel has been open since the 1900s. Overall great experience and fit my price range!

The service was excellent, beautiful property. Only downside was the smell - reminded me of very old European properties with a vague sewer smell in the room like the drains do not have proper traps. Common areas smelled fine. Valet was overpriced, the bar was excellent!

Let’s start with a hotel that has a heated pool in the winter. We show up, kids excited, no heated pool. Front desk just said “yah waiting on a part.” Won’t be here while you are here. Offered us to use a pool at another marriot property that is a 4 minute car ride away in a city (not walkable in swimsuits). Didn’t clean the room unless asked to clean it. Apparently there was a water problem with the city on another day that somehow affected the boilers but not the actual water coming to the building (in other words lame reason as to why no hot water). Did I mention the maintenance guy who showed up at 1030pm to fix the tub, or the housekeeper ringing out buzzer at 730am waking us up and everyone on our floor wondering if we wanted our room cleaned (different day then the one they missed).

Excellent hotel. Staff is amazing- friendly, and professional. Rooms are beautiful and very convenient. Also it’s located very well centrally, walked around as many beautiful places to be seen within walking distance of the hotel. Riverwalk is just a few blocks away, there is a beautiful church across the street veterans memorial is amazing right next to the hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was beautiful and tasty.
