「We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us with quick access to the bike trail and walking and riding distance to restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Many music venues. Sarah was easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us use a bike which came in super handy . We even got to see her sing at The Elephant Room - worth checking out!」

「Good place to stay, right across from park. Parking is a bit scary on steep stope of driveway. The place was clean except the floor is very dusty, since we all prefer to be barefoot at home this was a small issue where our feet got dirty quick. We rinsed and just wore shoes instead. Children can be heard at about 7am stomping and screaming but they provided earplugs so that helped too. Place was very cozy and comfortable in the dining, living room, and kitchen. 「This condo is exactly like advertised with a great location. It was fully stocked and a guitar and turned table which by husband teen used often. The one annoying thing worth mentioning is there was loud music playing every night down below on 6th street. If you are planning to sleep in the living room you should be aware of this. My teen didn't seem to mind.」

「The location was very convenient. The parking garage was awesome, once we got in. The code was left off the manual, and the management was not up at 3:00 a.m. when we came home. We eventually got in by following someone else in. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Good location, good value. I would stay there again. The outside hall was dark and pets peed on the walkway.」

「Although the code to access the room didn't initially work, they were quick with providing a new one. The neighborhood is very nice and super close to downtown and Zilker Park which was perfect for our holiday plans. Definitely recommend this property for a small family, couple or afew group of friends. Only recommendation is providing a broom and dust pan to help keep floors clean during our stay. 」
